Our total aggregate liability under any sales contract shall not exceed the total contract value paid by the buyer for the specific shipment giving rise to the claim.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within sixty (60) days, the dispute shall be submitted to arbitration in Lagos, Nigeria, conducted under the rules of the Lagos Court of Arbitration. The arbitration shall be conducted in English, and the award shall be final and binding.

International buyers may, where applicable, refer disputes to the Nigerian Investment Promotion Commission (NIPC) or the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) as agreed in the relevant sales contract.
