Carefully harvested pods are fermented and dried to produce beans with a deep brown appearance, characteristic cocoa aroma, and excellent processing value.
Each batch is cleaned, sorted, graded, and prepared for export supply to chocolate manufacturers, cocoa processors, and bulk commodity buyers.
