Our sourcing team works directly with smallholder farming communities in Kogi, Kwara, Ondo, Cross River, Kaduna, Nasarawa, Jigawa, and Benue. We sign annual purchase agreements that guarantee fair prices, providing farmers with the income stability needed to invest in their land and families. Every farm in our network is verified, mapped, and traceable.
Raw produce arrives at our integrated Nigeria-based facility where it goes through cleaning, mechanical shelling (for cashew), peeling, manual sorting by skilled inspectors, size and quality grading, moisture conditioning, and final packaging. Every commodity is processed according to international AFI standards. Packaging is customized per buyer — jute bags, vacuum tins, or FIBC bulk bags.
Every batch undergoes our 12-point quality control protocol. Laboratory tests verify moisture content, aflatoxin levels (B1 and total), defective and broken percentages, foreign matter contamination, color uniformity, and pesticide residue. Random samples are sent for microbiological analysis covering Salmonella, E. coli, and yeast/mould per ICMSF standards. Each batch receives a Certificate of Analysis.
Our logistics team coordinates container booking with our shipping partners (Maersk, MSC, CMA CGM, ONE), handles all port handling at Apapa or Tin Can Island Port, and prepares the complete documentation package: Certificate of Origin, Phytosanitary Certificate, Commercial Invoice, Packing List, and Bill of Lading. Additional documents like fumigation certificates or country-specific permits are arranged as needed.
Once cleared from Lagos port, your shipment is tracked in real-time through our partner carrier's system. We provide the Bill of Lading and tracking link directly. Transit times vary by destination — 16-22 days to Europe, 22-35 days to Asia, 30-40 days to the Americas. We coordinate with your customs broker at the destination port and arrange final delivery to your warehouse if needed (DAP/DDP terms).
Our quality assurance process is integrated from farm verification through final container loading — leaving nothing to chance.
